Magpie can take no responsibility for loss or damage to your products or belongings on the day.
It is your responsibility as stall holder to have suitable Product & Public Liability Insurance.

Licensing & Labelling
It is stall holders responsibility to be aware of any licenses, labelling, hallmarks and signage that they should be displaying.
Payment is required by the date specified in the confirmation email. Bookings are not secured until full payment is received. Bookings are not transferable. Paypal payments will incurr a surcharge to cover PayPal fees.

A full refund of the stall fee is available if you cancel within 7 days of payment.
A refund minus 10% is available if you cancel after this time, but this must be at least 7 days prior to the event.
No refund will be available if you fail to notify us of cancellation at least 7 days before the event or don’t show up at the event.
If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible!
